KENT STATE OHIO

On this date in 1970, Ohio National Guardsmen opened fire on peaceful demonstrators during an anti-war protest at Kent State University in Ohio, killing four students and wounding nine others.

The war they were protesting was the VietNam War, called by Vietnamese people as the American War.

Wonder what Afghanistanis call the United States 'action' in Afghanistan.
