SUSAN BOYLE

It seems very strange to me that I am writing an entry about Susan Boyle. If you don't know who she is, you haven't been paying attention. She's dominated every news venue.

Now, she's in a mental hospital. She was "voluntarily" taken to the hospital, after a doctor (and police), called by the hotel management, told her she "should' go voluntarily. She was "escorted" to the hospital by police.

I'm really worried about her now.

I usually try to avoid "quotation marks", but doublespeak is so the language of the psychiatric establishment. Well, of all hierarchies eh.

I'm going to do a more in depth entry about the mental "health" industry.
But right now I'm going to watch a documentary on Dr. Walter Freeman, the father of lobotomy. And the beat goes on.....
